Seven beautiful women-convicts are transferred from a high security women's prison to a convent under the charge of Sister Maria (Monica Teuber). It is Sister Maria's hope that menial labor will cleanse their souls.

The seven convicts manage to overpower their guards and force the nuns to strip so that they can use their habits as disguises. On the run from the law, the seven women run afoul of rape gangs, lustful bedouins, and white slavers. Eventually, Sister Maria and her seven charges are appropriated into the harem of El Kadir (Gordon Mitchell), a wealthy and powerful sheikh.
